What are the opening hours of your showroom?

Our opening hours are Monday – Friday from 09.00-17.00h. Find us at Rak 20, 1551 NA in Westzaan (closed on Dutch public holidays).

Can I buy directly in your showroom?

Sorry but no. We are a wholesale company and therefore we can’t sell directly to consumers. Of course you are more than welcome to visit our showroom and we are happy to inform you where to buy our products. Check our dealer finder to find a dealer near you.

Do you know if a certain product is in stock at a certain dealer?

Unfortunately our system is not connected to the dealers system and therefore we can’t provide you with stock info. We kindly ask you to contact the dealer directly.

What is the procedure when I have a complaint about a product I just bought?

Please contact your dealer about this complaint. The dealer will contact us to solve the problem.

DEALERS

I would like to become a dealer. What should I do?

Please send us an e-mail at info@zuiver.com with your company details and wishlist. One of our account managers will contact you.

I have already paid the proforma invoice and yet received another invoice for the same delivery.

You receive a proforma invoice before delivery, a proforma invoice is based on pre-payment. Once we delivered your order you will automatically receive the official invoice for your own administration.

I would like to place an order. Is everything in stock?

Please use our dealer login for stock information. If you don’t have a dealer login please send us a request by mail.

I have a complaint. What should I do?

Please send us an e-mail about your complaint, the product and the order number together with pictures of the product. We will contact you to solve the problem.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What happened?

– We did not receive your order, please re-send it.
