New furniture in your home? Naturally, you want to enjoy it for as long as possible without stains or wear. That is why, in collaboration with All in House Service, we offer comprehensive protection for your furniture, allowing you to relax without worries.

How does it work?

• When purchasing your furniture, you choose All in House Service.
• You receive a service kit containing a Protector and Cleaner (if applicable).
• Immediately after delivery, you apply the Protector to protect your furniture.
• Got a stain? Use the Cleaner from the kit to remove it yourself.
• If the stain persists or you have a structural issue, the Customer Care team at All in House Service is ready to assist you.

What does the service include?

• Protection against the most common stains such as food, drinks, bodily stains, and colour transfer from clothing.
• Structural service for sagging, loose joints, stitching seams, and squeaking or creaking noises.
• One-time repair of bite marks, burn holes, and craquelé effect (for covered leather).

Good to know:

• The service cannot be purchased separately and only applies to sofas bought at the same time as the warranty.
• The service only applies to furniture that is used correctly.
• Normal wear and fading are not covered by the service.
• The service is personal and non-transferable.

If you require additional maintenance or a complete cleaning that is not covered by the service terms, All in House Service will be happy to assist you at a reduced rate. This way, your furniture stays in top condition.
