“At Zuiver we believe that designing isn’t about only creating a beautiful piece; it’s about designing for everyday life. My favourite moments at home are defined by simple everyday routines and moments. I can’t create these moments for you, but hopefully, our designs can add just a little.”

Studio SUOLLE

Dutch design studio Suolle, founded by Tom Dissel and Timon Scholten, is located in Zwolle. A direct reference to the Germanic origin of the word ‘Suolle’, which means an elevation or hill that rose so far above the marshland to keep the feet of residents dry. The name of “their” city Zwolle is also originated from this Germanic term. So giving design and interior design a literal pedestal is what captures their work the best.

Nadine Kümmel

Nadine Kümmel Design is a creative studio, with a focus on furniture design, spatial conception and sustainable development, founded in 2015 in Mainz Germany. Particular attentian is placed on user-based functionality and emotionally appealing aesthetics. "For me, good design is still very classically defined by Dieter Rams' standards and design principles, whereby I would add to the all known "form follows function" and say that emotional aesthetics is also a function for me. A function that, in addition to the technical aspects, often decides whether the user uses a product or not. With good design, everything has to work together.“
