Payment
Zuiver accepts payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact, KBC or in three instalments, via in3..
Additional charges such as VAT and other taxes and duties are included in the advertised prices.
How does paying in instalments work?
If you choose to pay via in3 at checkout, the system will perform a quick data check. You then make your first instalment payment immediately, after which your order is dispatched. Within 30 days, you make the second payment and within 60 days, the third. The amount you pay is always one third of the total amount. In3 charges 0% interest and works without BKR registration, because you're sent a handy reminder with an iDEAL payment link for the second and third instalment, with no direct debit taking place. Klarna
In the checkout you can choose the Klarna payment method. Only simple personal data that are always in your memory are needed. The payment term starts as soon as the order has been shipped. You then have 14 days to pay for the order.
Shipping
At this time, we ship to the following European countries: Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders over €50 shipping costs are free. For orders under €50 the shipping costs are:
Netherlands: € 6,95
Belgium: € 9,95
Luxembourg: € 9,95

Delivery
The following delivery times apply for all orders (except our Limited Edition pieces and any out-of-stock items): 2 -3 business days.
When your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you receive an email.
Benelux
We deliver at the home address that is listed when creating the order. This means there should be somebody at home when we deliver. If no one is there, the package will be delivered to a PostNL collection point the same day, or the following morning for evening deliveries. Changing the delivery slot is possible using the track & trace system.
How to place an order
On Zuiver.com, it is easy to place an order:
Find the product you want
Click Add to Cart, your product is added to cart and you can continue shopping
Click on the shopping cart to view and edit your order
When you are happy with your shopping cart, click Go to Checkout and proceed through the remaining steps
At the end of step 2 Review & Payments, click on Pay order. By clicking you confirm the order, and will be redirected to the Multisafepay payment page
Changing your order is only possible before going to the MultiSafepay payment screen
After the successful completion of your payment, your order will be officially placed. Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation and invoice
