How does it work?

• When you purchase your furniture, you opt for All in House Service.
• You will receive a service kit with a Protector and Cleaner (if applicable).
• Immediately after delivery, you apply the Protector to protect your furniture.
• Still got a stain? Use the Cleaner from the set to remove it yourself.

Does the stain persist or do you have a construction problem? The All in House Service Customer Care team is at your service.

What does the service cover?

• Protection against the most common stains, such as food, drinks, body stains and clothing release.
• Construction service for sagging, loose joints, stitching and squeaking or creaking noises.
• One-off repair of bite marks, burn holes and crackle effect (for covered leather).

Good to know: 

• The service applies only to furniture that is used correctly.
• Normal wear and discolouration are not covered by the service.
• The service is personal and non-transferable.
